Hello, friends list. How's your day been?

I'm writing! Incredibly slowly and admittedly without a lot of confidence, but I've finished ficlets this week for the first time since December and I can't even explain how good that's felt. So yeah, still thankful for those prompts given last week and working on the ones that haven't gone up yet.

Thinking about making a low-gluten version of these this weekend.

I've got some [livejournal.com profile] pyramidofdreams folks on my friends list, and I would love to see something involving my favorite fictional couple happen around Valentine's Day. I haven't really thought this through much yet, so I don't know what it would be. It hasn't been so long since the exchange, and where that doesn't bother me I think there are plenty of reasons people may not be interested another deadline within the next month or so. But maybe a casual comment ficathon or a group rewatch/squee session for favorite Kara/Sam episodes or something like that. I know putting a post up in the community will be the best way to gauge overall interest, but I sort of feel like I have half the active members of the community on my list now anyway? If there's no time or interest among you guys -- and it's totally fine if there's not! -- I'm not sure a post in the community would be worthwhile.

I stumbled across one of my favorite Ron Swanson moments on youtube today. It's also very much something my sweetheart would say about his job.
